Location: Hadramout Governorate (with field visits to rural areas). Contract Duration: 8 Months. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (IT), Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: 3 to 5 years in MEAL (preference given to candidates with experience in Agricultural or Food Security projects). **Qualifications & Requirements:** In-depth experience in designing and developing digital data collection tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK). Advanced data analysis skills using Excel, SPSS, and Power BI to create visual reports and dashboards.
